Appliance Repair
Firstly, Chrystal Picknell of Crystal's Repair said that she was in New Windsor, but the information on the printed invoice comes up as LaLa Appliance in Kingston. They charged an additional $125 over what they stated and didn't fix the issue.Then she said her repair men were sick. She never got back to us, each time she said she would and never answered her phone. I had to finally start texting her for a response. Then she tried to say that she was just the secretary, until I reminded her that it was Chrystal's repair and she was Chrystal. We will definitely be pursuing legal action against these people. This was our first experience with Angie's List and unfortunately, not at all favorable. I am sure this is not indicative of how Angie's List operates.
