Carpino Paving

Mr. Carpino hired a lawyer to tell the many people he took deposit money from that he owes the money but doesn't have it. While he didn't return calls, I've got to say that he was quick on cashing the deposit check within an hour of handing it to him. Letter from him forwarded by his attorney said not to bother suing as it "wouldn't help either one of us." He may be apologetic and promises to return the money, he's stopped having an ounce of sympathy for those he ripped off.

I liked how we wanted to do the job and was happy how he went about it as far as digging up the existing driveway and replacing it (rather than just resurfacing it). But before it was totally set, they drove through it with muddy tires and left permanent tire marks in the tar. He was bad about returning phone calls, too, when you left a message. Now I'm stuck with the driveway like this until we reseal it next.
