Harry Phillips who may or may not be an employee of theirs. From what I have heard he has made claims for working for Brush. Mr. Phillips is a very rude person. He has no regard or respect to us. He drives in and out of this dead end road and has to pass our home before reaching neighbor. He stops in front of our home reving his engine. He has stopped to yell at us. I have videos of all his antics.
