Birchez Associates is an award winning, leading developer and manager of affordable senior communities and workforce housing in the Kingston NY. We serve active seniors to assist them to live in place in dignity and pride and provide their families with peace of mind. Committed to our environment, we build with energy efficiency and resident comfort in mind. Our most recent community achieved LEED Platinum status, and we have been building to LEED standards for years. Some handicapped units are available; all units are equipped with emergency call features to access first responders. Community features include gracious community gathering rooms, media, crafts, computer library rooms, laundry facilities on site.
