+ -1 moreIt started out ok (with a few mistakes here and there but nothing that seemed horrible) and then he vanished after incorrectly putting down tarps. In the two weeks he was gone it rained and he refused to reposition the tarps so much water came in the floors warped, the walls were full of water, and the entire house sprouted mold. He refused to refund and I would not recommend.
Description of Work: Roof removed and replaced, rot removed from old, and new plywood put down.
