Andrikos Manuel Painting

Andrikos Manual of A. Manuel Painting has been doing Snow Removal for me since last winter.  He is very affordable, timely and I am very satisfied with his workmanship.  Since his primary profession, via his business card, is Interior and Exterior painting, I asked him to proved me an estimate for painting the exterior of an enclosed porch and two-car garage.
Andrikos arrived on-time for the estimate as scheduled.  Within the next couple of days he provided me with a written contract.  His bid was very competitive and I decided to secure him for the job.
We established a Job Start Date of Tuesday, September 3.  However, due to a weather related emergency with another client, he was unable to start until the following Friday.  He called me prior to the original start date to let me know he would be delayed.
One of my desires is to find contractors that I can count on and trust.  Someone that I know will do the job right, with no questions asked and for a reasonable price.  One that I can call and say, ?I have a painting job?, and know I'll get the best price and quality for my money.  I think I have found such a painter in Andrikos.
Andrikos spent an enormous amount of time in the preparation phase of the job.  This, to me, is the most important part of a painting job.  He treated the job as if it were his own home.  The job site at the end of the day was always clean.  He handled last minute special requests from me very professional and did things that were not specifically called out in the contract.
Though the job took longer than he expected and he had to leave for another job before correcting some defects I pointed out, he returned a few days later and corrected them.  This, even after he was paid in full.
I felt so good about his workmanship and his attention to deal that I threw him a couple more bucks as a tip.
