I called to have a built-in vacuum system repaired he was quite persistent on me buying a new upright vacuum I told him if he can fix the Built in I wasn't interested in anything else. He finally agreed to do the job for which I called for and the system works fine.

There seemed to be some emphasis on installing a new Unit, which I eventually did accept. However, I am not sure whether that was really necessary. It's too late now to rationalize what's been done under time pressure then.

Mark was wonderful. He came to look at our central vacuum right away. He was polite, professional, arrived on time, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. The problem was with the setting of the switch, not a mechanical problem and he did not charge us. If we have any future problems with the system he will be the first one I will call.

The installer did a poor job installing the unit and left all of the waste in my home and did not clean up after they completed the installation. The above makes you select at least 1 star. If i could i would not select any star at all.
