He scheduled us with short notice, arrived early, answered all our questions, and provided a detailed report. Dan had me follow him around the house. He explained what he was doing and what he found. He showed me where all the shutoffs are and made suggestions for improvements and maintenance. We looked at the house outside and in, from top to bottom. He checked the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, siding, roof, etc. It was a very complete inspection. The price includes a radon test.
