NATURE'S WAY HORTICULTURAL SVC

I called the company and received a call back quickly. An estimate was given after visiting our property. Their prices were reasonable. They are an organic company, which is important to us all. Everything was laid out in the estimate, and they were very nice to deal with. We signed a contract for the year.

He came and gave me an estimate. He does tree spraying and lawn maintenance. I am happy with the tree spraying but my lawn looks like crap. It has weeds all over and a lot of brown spots. They put preventive treatments for crab grass and weeds. The yard looked good at first but now it is terrible. I called him and he several excuses and the lawn continues to get worse. I wrote him a business letter on 8/1/16 about my complaint and they never responded to the letter. He informed me to go on the internet to look up lawn maintenance and I was shocked by his response. He never gave me a definitive answer to make it better. I informed him that I cannot use him anymore and will let Angie's List know what happened. He left without apologizing and then came back but I still could not get an answer. I informed him that he was fired. He informed me that he has 500 customers and ten of the lawns look like crap and yours is one of them. I informed him that he was rude about the situation as well.

So glad we did, lawn now looks great, green and healthy. Jeff's team has been here twice already this year which equals total from other guys for the whole year. Looking forward to the rest of the season and treatments

It's mostly organic. They come every year. We have a yearly contract and they do whatever we have contracted them to do. They don't do anything in the winter. I like the fact that they will spray the trees if we want and they won't if we don't want to. They do insect repellents if we want. They do organic fertilization and lawn care. If we don't want certain services, they won't do it. They fertilize, test the PH and add lime if we needed.

Great. They call the day before they come to confirm and they re-schedule if say, you haven't mowed yet and you want to get that done before you get fertilizer.

They are wonderful. They do general nutrition and disease control. They guys who come out are very helpful and courteous. I can't say enough good about them.

My grass has never looked better, and their treatments are all organic which I appreciate.
