Mower Dr. is one of service providers for Greenworks products.
Jim is very responsive and reasonable, but that is so much he can do to speed up the process.
It took around three weeks to fix my mower.
My mower is under warranty and Mower Dr. handled the payment with Greenworks directly.
I did get my $20 deposit back.
Overall, Mower Dr. did better than the first shop I was referred to by Greenworks? service representative in Huntington.
