Very well ! I called an they responded very quickly! They were in my neighborhood so they came right away. They fixed dryer ! They were very polite an professional! I definitely would recommend and use again definitely!!

The repairman arrived as scheduled, identified the problem and had the part on the truck, so it was an easy fix. Wasn't cheap, but reasonably priced as I had heard from a friend he paid much more. Nothing is cheap these days, but it was less expensive than having to buy a new stove.

Mahler came within a few hours of being called. He spent a good amount of time trying to fix the washer but, unfortunately, it ended up that it needed a new board that would have cost about $600. He recommended that we look in to a new machine due to it being so old. He charged a very reasonable $50 for the service call and diagnosis. Very professional and personable.

The repair took 10 minutes and did not involve any parts just labor and nothing extensive. I was charged $150 for the repair which was excessive. The Service call was $75 which went towards the repair. I did use Angie's Coupon which saved me $15 but had to mention this to the repair guy. Company was on time but would not want to hire them for anything more involved.

He did a great job and I have already recommend them to my daughter to use. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were even very fair with their price.

Fixed ice chute but refused to fix the range hood. Said he would have to take the whole thing apart to fix it. I called Broan, the hood company while technician was here to see if that was true. They said absolute not. When I asked the technician to speak to the Broan representive he refused & said to call someone else. So he was here 20 minutes & charged me for a full service call. It was evident from his attitude that he did not care about the customer.

Found and fixed problem quickly. Would have come the same day I called if i was available. I've used them before with success.

Called and made an appointment for a service call. David arrived on time and within a few minutes determined that we needed a new ice maker. He ordered it, and was back in a few days to do the work. All went well and the ice maker is now functioning again.
