I've been doing business with them for years. Always excellent service and always very professional.

They called the same day that I requested service to schedule an appointment; they called the day before the appointment to verify and again about 20 minutes before the arrived. The team was well equipped to handle to job and worked very efficiently. Even topped off my hot tub before they left. Excellent work!!!!!

Owner serviced hot tub. Two months later everything fine!

They arrived promptly, and were very neat on the job. They explained the work required and completed it quickly. We discovered a leak after they left, they came right back and found the source, ordered the parts and fixed the hot tub. They were fair and honest and worked with us on the scheduled repairs.

came for 2 minutes, then sent another tech a week later for 5 minutes. Still not finding a problem. Said he has to come back with another guy to turn hot tub on its side, never came back. I have called, texted and left voice mails nobody called back

I hired Hot Tub Specialists to fix my leaky tub I was told to put my tub up on cinder blocks so they can work on it, which I did. When they came, they were on time, but told me I now had to put the tub on its side so they can work on it because it was difficult to get to the leaky area. So now they have to come back again this time they replace what they think was the problem charge me nearly $600 and leave I now put the tub on the ground and fill it up, guess what still leaking. I call them and I'm told they would call me back the next day, 2 days later I call and was told they would call me back again the next day. They finally call me back, just shy of a week later, at this point I hired someone else who fixed it still on the ground at a reasonable price and made sure my tub was up and running. I was extremely unsatisfied and would never recommend Hot Tun Unspecialists.

they were honest and helpful in explaining the hot tub. very upfront about the cost, I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with their hot tub.

While it was expensive because it took over two hours to get to me from their business, the owner knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it perfectly. Hot Tubs Specialists, Inc. was the only recommended company who would actually come to where I live!

This company was great before and during the project (the jets were not working properly). The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 for customer service was that they said they would give me the name of a cleaning product for the water lines but didn't return my call or email about it afterward.

They did everything I needed and fixed my problem. It just cost a lot. But they were so, so, nice and they are specialists and my Hot Tub is very old so I needed them.

I hired Hot tub specialists to check, clean & open my hot tub for the season. They were on time & that is the only good thing I can say. I didn't come out to check that the work was done properly. When I did go out the next day, I saw that the tub was filthy, There was sand & debris in it as well as a thick water line ring around the tub. I also realized that 2 days later, there was a horrible leak somewhere. The service man didn't even put the chemicals in for me. He said he had no idea how to use them. If I could have given them an even lower rating for quality & value I would but 0.5 seems to be the lowest.
