We were having trouble with our hot tub and not even the dealer we purchased from was able to fix the overheating problem. Jack and his assistant came out on one of the coldest days of the year and went over the unit with a fine tooth comb until he pinpointed a possible problem. After changing out a wire and tightening here and there, our hot tub is FIXED!!! We were so worried this was going to be a constant problem of overheating, but luckily I chose Hot Tub Specialist, Inc. and they fixed it within an hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jack. You know your stuff! I would highly recommend them for any of your hot tub issues. Very personable and priced reasonably. Totally trustworthy business.

Removed old hot tub quickly and efficiently without cutting it up. Just tilted it up untoi a dolly with pneumatic tires and rolled it to their flatbed truck and took it away along with all the accessories. Everything about them was professional. Could not be happier.

I hired them last fall and paid the minimum $150 to "access". The guy asked me to hold an umbrella over him because it was raining. Said he needed to come back with 2 others in order to do the work. OK.....Then said why don't we just winterize it for now & continue the work in the spring. OK.......$300.......Called back in the spring and I was told he can't remember what he did you're going to have to pay another $150 to access. Are you kidding me? At this point I'm offering the hot tub for free. It's not worth it anymore. He could come back and tell me it needs 6 hours of work @ another $150!!!!!!

This company totally knows it's business. They brought an old hot tub that wasn't working back to perfect condition and the owners are super nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
