Great service, very prompt. Lori and Jack are so personable. A little expensive, but I knew that from the reviews . When mixing electricity with water you can never be too cautious, so I d rather pay the extra money and hire a professional that comes highly reviewed and recommended!

My spa stopped working this morning. Haven't called to have them recheck the system, but they got it working initially.

Today was the initial meeting, review of the problem and estimate to fix it. Thrilled with the company so far and will confirm that feeling after they come back to do the repair. Still waiting for the call to schedule it, but that probably won’t happen until tomorrow.

Jack from Hot Tub Specialists was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and reaonably priced. In about one hour Jack and his partner successfully corrected the horrible work performed by the previous contractor -- who had taken weeks to complete an unsuccessful repair at a ridiculously high cost. We highly recommend Hot Tub Specialist and are sharing this success story with any friends and family who own a hot tub. Thank you Jack/Hot Tub Specialists for your honesty and expertise!

Amazing service - trouble shooting over the phone fixed the problem - great company

They were able to schedule my repair within a few days. My total repair costs were much higher than expected due to additional leaks they found during the repair. I also had a problem after the repair and Jack came out and fixed the issue without any additional charges. The office manager, Lori always returns my calls promptly and is very friendly. They have been reliable and we will continue to call them for all of our hot tub needs.

They did a great job repairing significant damage to my hot tub due to burst pipes. They were dependable and fairly priced. Unquestionably knowledgeable and service oriented! Will use them again!

Did a fantastic job I found a little expensive but apparently the job is not as cheap as I thought it would have been , However other companies I found had very similar pricing
