He replaced my very old electric service panel with a new one that could support the new central air conditioning system and new kitchen I was installing. The work entailed taking apart an outside storage closet and part of a work shop bench housed in a garage plus working with the air conditioning company for correct placement of all the wiring. The work was done in 90 degree F temperatures. It was approved by LIPA and an underwriter without any problems. The air conditioning company said the work was done exactly right.
He removed all the old high hats and track lighting from the ceilings in several rooms of the house and installed new LED high hats. The new LED high hats were placed in different locations than the old ones and much of the work required going into a very hot attic (114 degrees F). He replaced all the light plate switches with dimmers and in locations that were more accessible than the prior ones. He measured everything so perfectly that all 19 LED highhats were installed perfectly on the first try. Very impressive.
He installed three new outside lights, four new inside sconces, and moved two chandeliers to different locations - again, all without a hitch - got it right the first time around. He also installed a rotating arm and attached my large flat screened tv to it without a hitch.
In short, I wanted an expert electrician and that's what I got. He is a perfectlionist and his measurments are right on the money so he gets it right the first time around. And, he's nice to boot. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again for my next upcoming projects that entail lighting for the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms.
"Thank you (member name removed) for that wonderful review. It was a pleasure doing work for you and look forward to working for and with you on future projects. Thanks Keith"
