"I did go to Member's home and her description of what transpired is accurate. Unfortunately, I misplaced the paperwork related to this job and i could not establish phone contact. I was hoping that a follow up call from her would take place. It never did. Therefore, my only course of action was to visit the home again, which is located in a remote area. Being that i was working 50 miles away from her home, it was not possible to get to the home in a timely manner. When i did get up to the home, I knocked on the door and received no response. I left an apology note and requested a phone call so i could apologize on the phone. I have not as yet received a phone call so that i could apolgize."
This was done quickly and competely. The gentleman did tell me was primarily a roofer but finished my job well.
