Ed was responsive and arrived as scheduled along with his son. Work was performed quickly and quality has been good. Ed did other work for me in the past and I feel his prices are fair and his work was carried out both times in a professional and neat manner.

Not well. I called Ed Cody, whom I had used previously for other small plumbing jobs, and had been satisfied. This time he checked my kitchen sink and said I needed a part to fix the leak. He seemed to fix the problem, and said it was guaranteed for a year. A couple days later the same leak occurred. He came back and put in a replacement part, saying the original part he put in must have been faulty. A day later, leaking again. When I called again he said that it must not be the part he replaced, but that I must need a new faucet. I asked if I bought the new faucet would he return to install at no charge, since I had paid him over $200 for the work he did that did not solve the problem. He answered "no." He said he had already paid for two replacement parts and had been to the house twice. Not acceptable in my book. If he did not diagnose the problem correctly, I should not have to pay again to have the leak fixed by installing a new faucet.

He is reliable and reasonable. During the day he is very busy so he does not take his calls but once he gets back to his office in the evening he will call you. He does a good job and he is clean. I had some molds hanging from the walls in the basement and once it was all taken off the problem has been corrected. I fixed a date and he came and did the job beautifully. If I had not got Ed I am sure I would have been waiting for someone to come to do the plumbing job here. He had to change the pipes and fix some knobs and faucets upstairs. Overall, Ed is very nice. Price wise he is very reasonable. He is neat in his work and even though he comes from another job he is always clean and neat in appearance.

First class service. I couldn't believe the price for the amount of work that he did. He was a wonderful person and I will definitely use him again.

I really like him. I find him to be a really good plumber.

He comes as scheduled and on time. He does a good job and fairly priced. He suggests places for the parts, which are very reasonable. I like their services and will use the same in future.
