Showed up at the time we had scheduled. Took a look at the property and assessed where the Cesspool / Septic Tank was and went through what was needed and how it would be done before starting. Found the crew to be very courteous and nice. They pumped out the tank and broke up whatever was needed. Advised that due to the age of the tank certain things like aeration would not be a good idea. They showed us where the run off tanks were and performed a chemical service. Also advised us that in the future we should consider replacement due to the age, but would be ok for some time and based on usage told us how often we should consider performing service.
We found their rates to be very good and had them recommended from a neighbor. We weren't let down. Will definitely keep using them in the future.
