I am a plumber doing business with JWiz for the past 3 years. I am 100% satisfied with their services and anyone that says otherwise must be nuts. I will definitely keep using them as time goes on. I’ve gotten business from them; my ads are always to perfection and their customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work.

JWiz is incompetent and ineffectual. They send back proofs with incorrect punctuation and misspelled words. I did not receive one inquiry during the year that I advertised with them even though they claim to have a free referral service that comes with their advertisements. Beware of the automatic renewals which they won't let you cancel. When I questioned the sales rep about the automatic renewal before I signed the contract, she dismissed it as unimportant and easily changeable which was untrue. Jwiz does not honor any verbal agreements. After my advertising period ended I told them numerous times that I wanted to cancel, but they kept right on advertising. I wrote letters, emails, and spoke to them by phone to stop, but they continued to advertise and harass me with demanding calls to pay for another year's worth of advertising. I ended up paying a percentage of their blasphemous charges in exchange for eliminating their threats of giving my name to a collection agency and eliminating their harassing calls. JWiz is only interested in getting your money without providing a viable and effective service.

Any one who’s ever worked a Barmitzvah or Batmitzvah knows that once you do a good job at one, the bookings will continue within that community so, naturally, I decided to sign my company up. I was constantly told “can you handle the bookings? We get a million requests and don’t have many DJs working with us for this part of town.” Safe to say that in 6 months NOBODY needed a DJ for any Barmitzvahs or Batmitzvahs... or they lied. I’ll go with the latter. I’ve been djing for 15 years and know for a fact someone’s ALWAYS throwing a party. I’ve signed up for the worst of all advertising websites and still turned up at least one lead. I didn’t hear from these people until they needed a payment. For the record, I was charged for the last time today and asked that they don’t renew my subscription but I’ve heard that they continue charging from other reviews. I’m so scared that this will happen that I’ve taken precautions to make sure that this doesn’t happen. This is BY FAR the biggest waste of money that I’ve ever encountered since opening up my own business.
