Despite the fact that an oversight on our part prevented us from being at the home inspection, Fred O'Donnell did a very thorough job -- as evidenced in his detailed report, complete with photos and recommendations, which he sent to our son (the purchaser) the next day. During my own, initial phone conversation with Fred, I found him to be very friendly and informative -- generous with both his time and his knowledge.
