The work went exactly as he predicted, and the "four day job" basically took three days. He designed the pond to look as if had always been there and after the one week it took to fill up (2 weeks to a month had been estimated,) it seemed totally natural in its setting. At the end of the job, Frank said "How much did I say the job would cost?" I told him $6000.00. He shook his head and said "Well, I don't think it'll cost quite that much." He came in at $5300.00, $700.00 under budget. Frank Kortright is a master craftman, an artist and a gentleman.
