Victor was always communicative about our project, He would show up on-site to check on things periodically, and was always available to answer our questions. Pat and Rich were a pleasure to work with. They were polite, friendly, always showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and always answered any questions or concerns that came up. I would highly recommend team Pat and Phil! I will definitely contact them for additional work in the future!

Total bathroom remodel Our tub was removed and a tiled walk in shower was installed. We had a great experience with the Morelli team working on our full bath. Bob and Chad did a great job throughout keeping us advised of the schedule and options. Bob was very meticulous in finishing off the shower with custom niches and the correct edging. The work was completed in a timely manner with any issues resolved quickly. Moving plumbing and all new electric wiring was completed with minimal disruption to our daily routines. Throughout the project they gave us GREAT opinions on certain aspects of our remodel and what was the best way to incorporate them into our bathroom design. We have had multiple projects completed by Morelli Remodeling over the past 8 years. Everything from a bathroom remodel, basement laundry room, installation of cedar siding to construction of a sunroom. They are always on time and if delayed on rare occasion they promptly communicate this to the owner. We have been very pleased with the quality of work and prices are reasonable. The work site is always cleaned up at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any home improvement project.

Victor and his crew expertly tackled a very large home renovation for us, with a complete kitchen remodel that touched most of our entire first floor as well as finishing our basement to add a home office and playroom with an egress window. Bob, Chad, and all of the other employees who worked on our project were punctual, polite courteous, and promptly addressed any concerns. The bathroom that they worked on has a fresh, wonderful appeal and the work that was done by this company was finished meticulously. My bathroom went from zero to hero with the fine work of Pat and the attentive listening of Victor. I especially very much appreciated the customer service which could have been ignored with the virus being the excuse, but when safe to re-enter the home (which ended up being weeks later), Pat came back to finish up the work to my specifications. I do have the company coming back for a repair in the Spring and (they don't know, yet) but will be asking them to consider a kitchen remodel job. To me, the greatest compliment and evidence of satisfaction is a customer who re-hires. I thank this Buffalo company for their skill and kindness through the process of this work.

Victor was responsive & attentive to our questions and his team members were highly skilled, professional and friendly with a great work ethic. We were happy to see our plans turn out so beautifully.

Victor contacted me immediately snd provided an estimate. Pat did meticulous work. Bathroom remodeling pertained to jetted tub, vanity, mirrored cabinet, etc. always prompt, a total of approx 40 man hour project took about 3 days. I spent 1800 on material at Lowes and my bill was around 3,000 for work itself. Absolutely great work done by Morelli and I highly appreciate it! Strongly recommend and would hire in future again.

Victor and his team were amazing. Super professional and polite with amazing quality work. The communication was great from the quote all the way through completion. Everything was handled through the process and explained in depth, which was nice for someone who isn t as savvy in that area. They also had recommendations for places to get materials, etc. which made everything easy. I trusted them in my home from the first day. Highly recommend them for any remodel project!

Victor Morelli was wonderful to work with; was always there when he said he would be, and the kitchen looks wonderful. Customer service was excellent, which is very refreshing in an age where much customer service is poor or non-existent.

Victor and Pat are excellent at what they do. They came recommended by a colleague of mine, and working in the property management industry we know how difficult it can be to come by trustworthy, skilled, and fairly priced contracting. These guys are it. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We have had Morelli Remodeling transform 2 of our bathrooms. Victor is so easy to work with. The crew is fabulous and clean up every day before leaving. Always on time and fun to work with. Great communication, no hidden costs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Victor and his crew were knowledgeable and their work was impeccable. Final charge matched the estimate with none of those surprise charges most contractors add to the bill. Victor kept in constant communication prior to the beginning of the renovation and checked with us again after completion to ensure our satisfaction. Will most definitely use him again.
