Very fast, I had a key in about 1 hour from the time I called.

I called and they told me it was a common problem and they do a lot of these. They told me someone would be at my house in less than 45 minutes. 20-25 minutes later a locksmith showed up and replaced my ignition. It only took about 15 minutes for him to replace the ignition. He (I think it was Rob) told me they replace a lot of Ford, GM and Chrysler ignitions in newer vehicles. This surprised me and he told me why, it had something to do with making the van harder to steal. In contrast, the dealer told me the starting price was 225 and it could be more "It just depends on how it goes". I am happy because I did not have to get it towed and I also saved money.
