They put 27 windows in our house and every single one of them didn't fit properly. They put new siding all around the house and 14 pieces of it blew off with our first wind storm.

Work started behind schedule.The fellows removing old roof threw away snow cleats that had to be replaced.Snow collars on one chimney was damaged, the other destroyed. During the work we experienced two leaks,due to fact roof was not cover by tarps when roof was open to the weather. It took several phone calls to get this done. First section of new roof had to be removed and done again, no explanation offerred.Frequent delays.Owner only responded to calls by email, missing several appointments for face to face meetings. Clean up was sub standard,leading to two flat tires, one new tire due to multiple roofing nail holes. The roof was sold to us based on the claim that our only problem,ice dams, would be resolved.This is not the case.This winter ice dams were again a major problem.Repeated calls resulted in only emails that did not address our problems.Several times the owner promised to meet with us at specific dates and times. He never showed up for any meeting nor did he call to cancel. His one concession was to have a gent clear the roof of ice/snow at no cost. I had not requested it and wanted to pay him. He declined. I had a roof that did not leak, only plagued by ice dams that he insisted would be taken care of by this new roof/insulation. This promise was not delivered.
