Kyle was very professional and scheduled a visit and quote within days of first contact. Scheduling the work was tricky because he had some other larger jobs, but I told him there was no rush.
I decided to purchase the hardware he needed on my own since I had a particular mixing valve that I wanted. He was very helpful in telling me what I needed and making sure I bought something that would work with my system.
We stayed in contact over the course of a few weeks and had to reschedule a couple times to avoid working in my attic on 90+ degree days (easily over 100 degrees in my attic). I told Kyle that rescheduling was not a problem and I'm sure he would have been more flexible if I needed him to be. We finally found a cool day when I could be home and he got the job done in half a day. He was punctual and very professional.
We agreed that I would patch the holes in the wall to reduce the cost of his labor. It was nice that he was flexible with doing part of the job and letting me finish up to save a little money. He vacuumed the debris from cutting the sheet rock and left me with a clean space to do my patch work. 
Kyle also took the time to answer my questions about some other plumbing issues in the house. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for more work in the future.

Work was done on time and under estimate.
