Doug did a house inspection for us for a possible house purchase. The experience was positive from our first phone call with his office. He arrived an hour early, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Doug was great explaining what needs to be fixed and gave us verbal suggestions on how to fix the items as well. We found Doug to be extremely knowledgable and reassuring. He sent a detailed report less than 24 hours after the inspection, with photos and internet links along with descriptions on how to fix problems. They primarily come out to inspect when you are purchasing a house. They are absolutely wonderful. They are very thorough. My son has also used their services several times. He used them when he bought his house about three years ago. Home Pro actually belongs to something else, but it is run independently. It is affiliated with something, but they do everything and they have been doing it for years. Robert Newkirk is very thorough. He is so thorough that when we were looking at other homes and we said that we would have that inspected; they said that anyone could inspect it, but not him. I guess he would find something that the real estate people don?t want you to find. So, I told them that if they didn?t want him to inspect the house, then I wouldn?t buy it. It also saves you a lot of time. He is very good. We would definitely use his services in the future too.

HomePro was very responsive. I initially called to ask some questions and the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable. Doug was able to come out to our new home two days after we called--which was great because we were in a hurry! Doug arrived 15 minutes early. He took over two hours to walk through our house and did a very thorough inspection. He walked us through the entire process and explained everything as he inspected. He also gave us great suggestions on things we can do to maintain our home. Being new homeowners, the advice was invaluable.
