Szczepanski Construction

Called Szczepanski Construction for needed septic work. I was contacted back within a day and Steve (the owner) was out to assess the situation within a few days.They were able to fit me into their schedule almost immediately and all work was done at my house within a day and a half. They were very easy to talk to and kept me informed as to what they were doing as the work progressed. It became obvious that they are very good at what they do and I felt like I was in good hands. The work area was left so clean and nicely leveled off that you'd never know any work had been done there, except that the grass was missing. The bill came in for less than I was expecting and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and do plan to use them again for some future work needed on my property.

site cleared over 7 acres in 2 days, mostly 15-25' high, hundreds of pine trees, bulldozed out , and leveled/graded area to put house in. All went good and for very economical price . others wanted 2-3 times amount to do same.We'll use for all house excavating and site development and for pond as i' ve seen work for others that they have done and beautiful ponds that they have put in for fishing, swimming and yes even iceskating which our family enjoys .

We called Szczepanski construction, spoke to owner, Steve. We explained that we needed some ditch work done. We scheduled a day/time for Steve to come on location to assess the work that needed to be done. Steve arrived as scheduled and was very informative and helpful to us in determning the solution to our water run-off problems. We agreed on the details and the cost of the project, and scheduled a day/time for the work to be done. Steve and his team arrived as scheduled and performed the work. We are very pleased with the speed in which the job was done and more than pleased with the outcome, the price, and the way in which Steve and his crew conducted themselves (professional, expert, honest).

His name was Steve Szczepanski. The experience was excellent. He gave advice freely even when I asked questions as to what I wanted to do. He told me why some of those things wouldn't work and how he would do them. His price was fine.
