They came out to give me an estimate and they were very nice.

Went very well, did a thorough job in checking over the washer and fixed the problem and stayed until a complete cycle ran through to make sure it was fixed. Took apart my dryer that I complained about once he was here and found what was making the noise and fixed it. There was a penny inside one of the baffles. I inquired about the belt and he didn't needlessly sell me a new one. Said the belt looked brand new. I will not be afraid of calling them again.

I have bought all my major appliances from Shauls for the past 15 years. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and now replaced my 36 year old Maytag washer that has never needed a repair. I use Shauls because they are local, will deliver and install,take away old fall for no charge. I trust their recommendations and have never needed a repair on any of the appliances but know that they will service them. They arrive when scheduled come rain or snow. They have and quot;interestingand quot;personalities.

All installations went very smoothly. It took about one hour to remove old appliances and install the new.
Then over to my daughter's house to install my old gas range in her house and to remove her stove. Also, a new hood was installed in my daughter's house. When we ordered the appliances, we asked them if they could install the old stove at my daughter's and they said that would be fine. We did pay a $75 delivery fee for that but it was worth it. My daughter has a much better looking stove and we have new appliances.

It still does not work even though he kept working on it and could not diagnose the problem. We went around and around and he kept putting in parts and could not make it work. It cost more than a new icemaker would and I will not use them again in the future. Their prices were expensive.
