 + -1 moreThe initial sales experience was excellent. However, after receiving a 10% coupon in the mail as a result of the sale, they were unwilling to redeem the coupon when we wanted to purchase another chair, because it would have to have been special ordered. The coupon did not specify how the discount could be used. After pursuing the matter ourselves and talking with 2 managers, they finally agreed to honor the price.
Description of Work: We purchased a Lazy Boy recliner. We took it home ourselves, they did not deliver. We bought it during a promotion.
