Very good still have service and will keep it.

They came and did work for our home . They put bait in the kitchen that end up smelling really bad . We had to keep calling to get the matter resolved . It took 2 bosses to go through and to this day they still have not returned any calls.

This is a nightmare for anyone! But, these service men were very professional, and took care of the whole situation. They answered many questions for me, the other Tenants, even the Tenant's relatives! They showed up close to on time. (It was difficult because the company is very busy and  had to call these men in on a Saturday.) Yet, they were very kind and patient with us. They took their time; spraying each apartment and making sure they did not miss anything. They will be returning on September 19th to do a second spraying. Then, they will come in ten days after that to do an inspection to make sure they got all the bugs. I feel this is a very thorough company.

They came out four separate times to take care of the issue. This wasn't just a one time deal. They were very thorough and did a great job.

We had a motor home and bugs got in and nested under the sink and they were all over the place.  They came in and within a half hour the completely eradicated all the bugs.  We were delighted and all we had to do was wash things up and it was ready to sell.

They will come if I see any bugs in between service visits. They are good. I call them and they come right out. They do a pretty good job. I thought it was a little expensive for the initial treatment, but they got rid of the problem. I would use them again in the future.

So far, they have been great.  These people seem to use the current products for treating the correct bugs.  The first company I used didn't but these guys did.  They were also thorough.

They were highly professional and the treatment worked!  I also did not have to worry about leaving my house while they did their work and their products are pet-safe.  I was and am very, very happy with their service.

Technician arrived shortly after placing call.  He called to confirm address and problem.  Tech was extremely professional, friendly and approachable.  He could tell I was upset over the bat incident and did his best to calm me and to assure me he would check into the situation.  He explained in detail about bats and how they may enter the home.
