"We also never received a request for quote from this person. Sorry you gave us an F."
"This customer expected significantly more work than was quoted. We asked to remobilization fees and were laughed at. This customer was beyond rude. We refunded her 1/2 the down payment on the job which equated to a major loss for my company."
"The customer exaggerated slightly the turn around time. Granted we are busy for a reason because we are good at what we do. Our spring cleans even on a late spring are completed long before 6/29. I’m sorry we couldn’t accommodate your schedule."
"Jobs can’t be scheduled with out a job order with in our company. The sod had issues because your dog could not be kept off of it. The dog rolled the sod up like a carpet. I stand behind our original job and the warranty work we did. The additional mulch was not part of the original scope of work. And why you waited until the following February seems a bit odd?"

We found Great Choice randomly after calling a bunch of local places, and we are so glad we did. We had started a stone step and retaining wall project on our own, and after dozens of hours of work and digging we realized we were out of our league and needed professional help. We also needed it finished fast, as Halloween was only a week away and our property had become a downright dangerous place for trick or treaters to be! We called around, and since our project was already half done and mostly dug, it seemed that nobody else wanted to take over a half completed project, and the ones who were willing to couldn't do it for weeks or months down the road. Not only did Great Choice want to help, but they had guys out and working within days of calling them. The project was completed way faster than we thought it would be and for an amazingly fair price (HALF of even the cheapest quotes we got from other places.)
Great Choice not only completed the project exactly how we wanted it to be, but they did it for much less than their competitors and got it done extremely quick. We recommend them to anyone looking to have rock or stone work done (or any landscaping projects). 5 stars!

"I’m sorry you feel this way. I do apologize you feel we didn’t deliver the service you expected. I do believe their is two sides to every story but we too have moved on. I wish you all the best."

"Our mowing service is only offered weekly. To charge the same amount per mowing and deal with twice the grass has proven to not be fiscally responsible for our company. I am positive this was relayed to you. We sent your account to collections after trying over and over to contact you to negotiate on the balance due after the services were cancelled."
"From the desk of the owner: This customer was notified by mail around the 1st of March. Unfortunately the work we had in her area went out to bid and we were not the successful bidder. In a personal hand written note we explained that it was not cost effective for my company to drive 20 mins each way to their house and cut the lawn at the current price. I suggested two other companies that I knew worked in the area. This is not a common occurrence for us to turn away work but in a focus to not raise our prices for all of our customers we need to improve efficiencies internally. I am not sure why this customer chose to continue to call when we notified her 7 weeks before the start of the lawn care season? I hope people can understand and appreciate that I take the services my company provides very seriously and I do not like to raise prices arbitrarily. Instead we strive for cost saving measures and pass those savings along to our customers in the form keeping the price the same."
"We received [member name removed] request for a quote and it was immediately turned over to myself (the owner) because it seemed to be outside of the services we provide. As I understood it (please excuse me but it has been weeks and many estimates since this came across my desk) but [member name removed] needed an actual tree service for the work he was requesting. It also states this in the information he provided above. My company is not a tree service and we do not get into subcontracting tree services. I was present when my administrative person called this customer back and left a message explaining that the work was not something we could perform. Apparently there was some miscommunication somewhere? [member name removed] I am sorry you took the day off work."
