I ordered a gift for Father's Day early and it was supposed to arrive a couple days before Father's Day. I received confirmation emails about the product (a Nascar Gift Basket). I called my Father a couple of days after Father's Day and asked him if he liked his gift. He replied "What gift?". I didn't receive any email saying the order had been cancelled or it was out of stock. I then called Partydetails.MakesParties.com and asked them why he had not received the gift and they told me they were out of stock. I asked them why I hadn't received an email stating so. They said there was nothing they can do but they'd be able to re-send it in August when they get more in stock. I was so upset that he didn't receive it when he was supposed to and that I had to call them to ask what the problem was...I asked to speak to their manager. They then sent me over to voicemail and after not receiving a call back several days later I called them again, and again and again. They then sent me an email over a month later (just today 08/03/2010) that the order had been cancelled because the customer had cancelled the order (which I did not, they did). I then tried calling them again and the called "failed" in the middle of the conversation, then called them again and they said there was nothing they could do. OVERALL horrible customer service and they didn't even try to do anything to make up for it. I'm never going to deal with them again.
