They were horrible. In the middle of the conversation, I could barely talk because there's a lot of pressure on me. They wanted me to sign the deal right away to do the job and they got agitated with me when I wouldn't do it. It was a flimflam company. They were awful on the price and I got suspicious of that. I did some inquiries and the more I dug deeper, the more I found I don't want to do business with them. They got verbally abusive with me over the phone. Instead of giving him the job, I wanted another roofer to do the job and they threatened me. I've never had an experience like that in my life. I never did anything face to face with them, it's mostly over the telephone and yet they showed up one referral from me on Angie's List which surprised me. Their price was ridiculously low and I knew something was wrong. They didn't do the job and we didn't do a contract. They were just horrible. They wouldn't leave me alone, they just kept calling me and harassing me. I will not use them in the future.

Empire Roofing is always on time and are very polite. They are very hard working and do a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. ALL THE LEAKING PROBLEMS I HAD WITH MY ROOF HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. THEY HAD THE JOB COMPLETED IN ONE WEEK AS PROMISED.

EMPIRE DID A GREAT JOB. THE ROOF LOOKS VERY NICE. THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS THAT WAS MADE.
