They did a great job, showed up on time, and kept in good communication. Several of the windows hadn't been cleaned in years and are now crystal clear. They work quickly and can handle all different types of windows, as I have old and new windows in different rooms, and some casement windows as well.

It was very expensive but we have an old house with 16 panes on each window. They were very professional. They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. They were pricey.

Showed up about 15 minutes lates, but were professional and courteous. A team of 5 guys got straight to work and had our house, with over 35 windows. They had enough ladders to reach our windows in our two story living room and our windows three stories up on the outside. They were quick, done in less than 3 hours. The windows look perfect. They left some gunk in the corners of the interior and external sills. For what we paid, I expected a little more.
I may use them again, but will look into other services next time too.

Greg, the owner of the business, kept in good communication with me, and was patient and accommodating even when we had to change the dates several times. Greg also advised us about how to keep the windows clean longer by winterizing the empty house, and he brought several broken windows to our attention so they could be repaired.
The house looked so much better with the windows clean and sparkly! They did a great job in the half day plus that they spent there with the crew of 6, including Greg.
It went very smoothly. All of the workers were polite, respectful of the property, and professional. I think we got excellent value for the price and recommend the company to others.
