They were phenomenal, they were so good, and honest. We haven't had any issues. We had trouble with our gas line, and they came out, dug it up and fixed it at no cost for us.

The job was done well although there was miscommunication as to times. Was able to use some of my product saving me money and was always responsive to my phone calls.

I was concerned about one of the shrubs and asked to have someone stop by and take a look. Within a week I received an email with information about what was wrong and what to do about it. I have changed my overall rating to a B.

They were delayed in getting me the plan, and they pushed back my work due to a last minute change in their schedule. Therefore the planting ended up being much later than I had hoped and I was worried about it being too late in the fall for planting. The owner did agree to my request to extend the warranty from 1 year to 1.5 years which I thought was fair.
They arrived on time and were very professional. They added stepping stones at the last minute which was great. I was a little disappointed in that they did not test the soil nor plan on rottotilling the planting bed but agreed to do so when I requested (of course for an additional charge). They also did some extra work I requested when they arrived on site.
The trouble started this spring. I noticed the 3 matching shrubs in front were not planted equal distant apart. I sent a photo and the response was and quot; it is hard to tell from the photo, it looks more like one shrub is just not as full toward the center. The shrub hasn’t been in the ground for very long so I don’t think there would be a problem moving it, but it would negate your warranty, as we do not warranty transplants. I can move it, but if I do I would rather set up a time when you are home so you can tell me where you would like the shrub so it isn’t being moved more than once. It would be around $75 to move the shrub.and quot;

I measured and marked the middle of all shrubs with stakes and sent another photo. The one plant is 7and quot; closer to the center shrub than the other and they are under a picture window with smaller windows on either side, so it looks very obvious. I stated I didn't feel I should have to pay for the one shrub to be corrected and I never heard back. I want the shrub moved before it gets bigger and the discrepency more obvious but don't want to risk negating my warranty.
I hired professionals because I didn't think I'd have to worry about where and how the shrubs were placed.
In addition all paperwork, correspondence and bills referred to the 3 shrubs as Summersweet and quot;Summer Beautyand quot; not Summersweet and quot;September Beautyand quot;. I found this very confusing as I couldn't find any information on the internet about the and quot;Summer Beautyand quot; which is not surprising since there is no such variety. That's why I rated professionalism a C.
Responsiveness was good however I didn't like the response.
I really don't know how to rate the quality of the shrubs yet, it will depend on how everything goes in the next couple of years.

The prior landscaper was a disaster and Todd Schanbacher, the owner worked with us to correct his work, design and build landscaping around the entire house and pool including pavers, front porch, stone patio, stone wall, fire pit and built in grill. They next landscaped with stones, mulch, plants and trees. They installed lighting all around the house and stonework. We were so pleased to have real professionals who explained every step of the process and have it all in writing. We had a huge burden removed and we felt so much better. Todd was always available to answer our questions. He demonstrated the honesty and integrity that we needed and guided us with expertise that was amazing to us.
The Greenscape's staff walked us through the entire project with comprehensive blueprints. We spent several hours with Todd choosing designs, stone types and plants. The blueprints were revised several times to our complete satisfaction. Beth Fry met with us twice to choose plants, bushes and trees. She was excellent! There was no pressure to purchase anything we did not want and we felt they truly had our interests at heart.
Andrew Zimmerman managed the stone installation including removal of old pavers, porch and back deck. Andrew had two other young men working with him and they worked every minute they were here. We never saw them sitting around. They were polite and always professional. We were very pleased with the work they did. Every night they would clean up and we appreciated that . Every day we could really see the progress and when it all came together we were amazed! It was even better then we had envisioned. It exceeded our expectations. Every day neighbors would walk by and they were very impressed with the work too. We are so excited to show it off and we have been doing that. We are so proud of our beautiful home now. We feel like we are in a different home and absolutely love it. We recommend Greenscapes without hesitation to anyone who wants to upgrade their property. We are thrilled and can't wait to entertain this summer and many more to come.

Green Scapes came out and provided an estimate in a timely manner. The owner, Todd, was knowlegable and approachable. Work was completed promptly once begun. When notified of minor damage to our gutters, they apologized and returned within a day or two to repair the damage. There have been no problems with the basement flooding since and the french drains appear to be working correctly. Todd was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable with this sizeable investment.
