I called the owner, Terry, and within 24 hours I had an estimate for the price of the work. Terry also told me that they could begin the job in 3-4 weeks, depending on the weather. Approximately 3 weeks later the workers arrived to power wash the deck. It took two workers about 6 hours to power wash the deck, railing, seating and planters. The workers said they would return in about a week, giving the deck time to completely dry from the power washing. One week later the same two workers returned and stained the deck using stain pads and brushes. They spent a total of 6 hours applying the stain. They asked us to stay off the deck for 2 days to allow the stain to totally dry. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Terry and Attainable Restorations. 
We have also had Attainable Restorations do work for us in the past. In 2001 they power washed our house. In 2003 they power washed and stained the deck and a wooden fence.  (Washing and staining a deck is like painting the outside of a house, you have to redo the job occasionally to keep it looking fresh.)
