Jamestown Heating & Air Systems

I like that they call me when it's time to check the filters.

We recently purchased a home and soon discovered the furnace was defective.  We contacted several service providers in the area for recommendations and quotes.  After speaking with Pat at Jamestown Heating and Air, we decided to go with Jamestown H & A.  Pat was knowledgable, kept us informed, explained why he was recommending certain solutions and was prompt with responses.
The installation took two days and went very smoothly.  Jason and Artie were very competent and flexible as a couple of unexpected situations arose.  They discussed options with us and let us make decisions on the spot without putting the project behind schedule. Pat stopped in several times to make sure things were going well and to see if we had any questions.   During the entire job, everyone  from Jamestown H & A was very considerate of our home, kept disruption to a minimum and were very clean and neat.
At the completion of the job, Chip surprised us with a final invoice that was less than the original estimate!  What a GREAT surprise.
We've now had our new furnace through several cold spells and we are very pleased with it.  It heats up the house quickly, is very quiet, and even allows us to control it via the internet!  If we have future heating and air conditioning needs, we will certainly be calling Jamestown Heating and Air!
