Ashley work ethic is the embodiment of professionalism. She was open and upfront about the process and the time it would take to complete the inspection. I am no slouch. I have a little bit above-average weekend warrior DIY experience, and she pointed out items and issues that I would never have noticed. Not only was she thorough and efficient, but she was also empathic. During a home inspection, you hope for the best while bracing for the worst. If there was a possible negative, she softened the blow by sharing her own home-owning and remodeling experiences with me. Not only did I feel confident that I was closing on the right home, I am confident that I chose the right home inspector. I feel compelled to pay it off faster just so I can hire her to help me with making another home purchase!
