They lost a potential $600 sale because they could not bother answering the phone after they finally picked up. Really unprofessional. How hard is it to answer and take my name/number to get back to me when they are not so busy?

Tires were ordered previous week. We received phone call when they were received and a appointment was scheduled.
Vehicle was taken in when scheduled and work was performed. Tire sensors were checked before vehicle was released.
