It went very well. They were honest from the beginning. They kept me informed of the status of the work. As they worked on the car, they found that it needed more repairs than what was first expected. They contacted the insurance company, got the approval, and ordered the parts and did the work. And continued to keep me informed on the status of the work.

Fast and efficient. Good communication. Dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Painted my parts so I wouldn't be without a car for several days. Would return (hopefully won't have to)

Professional, prompt service, and as a bonus the staff is also nice. The damage appraisal was right on the nose, no surprises when the work was done. We scheduled the repairs based on MY schedule and MY convenience.They brought me home after I left my car and picked me up when it was done. The car looked great and they included detailing as part of the package. Before I left they made sure I was satisfied, and explained how to take care of the new paint job. I appreciated the patience, at my age (67), I tend to ask lots of questions, sometimes more then once, also accidents are stressful and they did everything to make the whole experience less so.
