Property Appraisal
Poor customer service - I hired this firm to conduct a property appraisal of my residence, and it was performed by the owner of this real estate office. Twice he failed to honor his commitment date for the completion of my property appraisal. His absense of concern for my timetable and inability to honor the commitments he made demonstrate a lack of respect toward the needs of the customer.
