Rob was very punctual with all appointments , he kept to a schedule and started the job immediately after the contract was signed.  We were not present during the day when the work was being done but it progressed on schedule and when we had questions and contacted Rob he responded immediately and came to the house to review the work with us.  The  job took longer than anticipated because we delayed decisions on tile and flooring but Rob worked around our schedule and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

I've worked with three good contractors doing major renovations on different homes. Gabrielsenbuild heads the list. He was very good at communicating, listing costs (helping to keep them down), solving problem found once this old house was opened up, keeping to schedule and, most importantly, the workmanship was impeccable.

Our project is not yet finished, but thus far I can not say enough nice things about Gabreilsen Builders, and in particular about Rob Gabrielsen. We had a fire in our home in February and from day one Rob has been there to give us sound good advice. He takes the time to explain things to you and is not pushy and overwhelming. They do great work at fair prices with no BS, . The advice he has given us has been practical and its obvious its come from years of experience. i was very concerned with finding a trustworthy contractor that i was comfortable with, secondly one that had a wealth of resources and access to knowledge. I don't know the exact family history but I do know that if something comes up there will be someone in the family that Rob can lean on for advice. We are getting down to the finishing stages of renovation and I have very high expectations, based mostly on what i have seen so far. I will post an update in a few weeks when the work is complete!
