 + -1 moreIt was Terrible - after 40+ emails (they don't answer the phone) they agreed to pay half of the shipping - after I paid 355$ to ship it to them, they decided not to pay for any of the shipping & they tell me the unit works fine - nothing wrong with it. I took it to a local appliance repair shop and the man spent 6 hours on it and could not get it to work. They are dishonest, deceitful, and carry no honor in their dealings. I tried to save money and ended up wasting a lot of money.
Description of Work: Bought an Inverter from this company in 'New York' when they are actually in China. The inverter arrived after a month and it never worked. They're website states they promise to keep their word if the unit does not work. IT never worked! They wont pay for me to ship it back to - of all places, CHINA!
