Despite this, we have repeatedly encountered serious issues, including threats of involving law enforcement, and even a neighbor confirming this has been a recurring situation involving previous contractors. Additionally, the interior condition of the home presents safety and hygiene concerns. The presence of excessive clutter and unsanitary conditions makes it an unsafe working environment. While you mentioned hiring a clean-up contractor, we were informed that work was halted due to disputes between household members. Given the internal conflicts and unhealthy work conditions inside the property, we are unable to proceed with any further interior work. However, we remain open and willing to assist with any exterior work that may be needed.
