I ordered a computer with my specifications (system came out to $700.00) and Alumba delivered the system, hooked it up, transfered all data from my old computer and actually got my broadband internet working consistently (that was the initial problem and call). He spent 3 hours setting everything up. The $700.00 price included computer with up-to-date software, shipping, and his time to setup. Last week my CD/DVD drive was acting up, I emailed Alumba who emailed that night and called back the next evening and we set up an appointment for the following evening. He fixed a software glitch and since he was there, I had him install new anti-virus, firewall, and spyware program. He installed it all and only charged me $75.00 for the service fee to fix the drive and install new anti-virus software (plus $75.00 for the program and 1 yr of service). I would highly recommend him
