Order came in early which is good. However we did not open to inspect until we were ready to use stone. This was my error in judgement. Having used this supplier previously I trusted them. The stone tiles we recived were quite darker and had way more inclusions ( looks like cracks) than I had expected based on my sample . They responded very quickly but offered zero options to help make me happy. Very sorry bla bla... But there's nothing we can do for you. The gentalman even agreed with me regarding the quailty. but said it was out of thire control. So bottom one is they do not stand behind thire product and take you money for inferior product. would not surprise me if they re sod me previously returned merchandise.
