My World Phone

On March 3rd 2010 I bought a Motorola Pebl on www.myworldphone.com. The purchase confirmation is copied below. I received a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. After not receiving the phone for over a week, I tracked the phone using the provided UPS tracking number. After tracking the package I found that the phone had been delivered to my old address. Please NOTE that when I made my purchase I submitted my current address and never at any point did I enter my old address in their. The confirmation below will prove that I did everything right as it has my current address as both the shipping and billing address. After realising that a mistake had been made by their shippping department (which had picked up my old address from their system as I had made purchases in years past and had been a very satisfied customer until then)I went to my old address to see if they had received the package. When I got there, they told me the package had never been delivered to their address. I called your customer service and told them about the problem. The first representative was hostile and tried to accuse me of having entered the wrong address. I explained that I had not used my old address and that I suspected that it had been picked up by your shipping department from previous purchases. I also reminded him that having shopped on your website before, common sense would tell him that their website or their company does not accept sales from people whose credit card billing addresses and shipping addresses do not match. My billing address and my shipping address matched and the address is my current address. I emailed him the copied confirmation below and he apologised for his behavior. He then said he would file a claim with UPS and UPS would call me. UPS called me a day later and after I explained to them what happened, they told me to contact my shipper for a replacement. I called myworldphone again, explaned my story and was put on hold until the call was lost. Everytime I call there is now a pattern of lost calls after I explain that I bought a phone or March 3rd and it has not been delivered. I call back and the call mysterioulsy disappears! Since then, I have called and spoke to John, Sam, Jimmy, Simon and many other people and each time, the phone ends up conveniently "hanging up" or I keep getting transfered. There is a new story this week and the new story is Jimmy is not in the office and so are Sam and John. At one point I spoke to Sam, who was very polite after understanding the issue and he offered me two options. One was that I could pick another phone or I could have a pink Pebl. I had originally ordered a black one for a male so I declined the pink one. He then offered to order the black one and would call me in two days. I agreed and have not heard from him since. This was in April 2010. On one call in May, a Simon told me to "file a police report because the people who live at my old address stole my phone." Now, seriously, why am I the one filing a report for a phone that I ordered, paid for and asked that it be delivered at my residence? It was their mistake to deliver to the wrong address so why am I being asked to file a police report for company's mistake? I am tired and frustrated at the way this company has handled this issue. I just want a replacement phone, a refund or the option to pick another phone without being given the run around. If and when my issue is resolved, I will not make purchases from this site again as this has been a painful experience for me. Please see confirmation receipts with my current billing and shipping address that were email to me soon after the purchase. I have all the emails of communication between myself and this company and can email all to you for proof.
