LEE'S TOYOTA

I had to come back 4 times for them to do a simple job as a replace the heat shield in my car, that covered the gas tank. Each time i would wait 3 to 4 hours to hear that i would have to make another appointment to come back because they did not do something right or they ordered the wrong part. This was very frustrating and a waist of my busy time. I would also have to keep calling to see if the part had come in.

We are not experience buyers. First of they were trying to get us to take a loan. We want to try and pay out right, so we don?t have to pay interest. You have to have experience. We did not see any cheaper and they gave us a royalty for it and that was fine. The quality was fine, there was nothing wrong with the car. Their responsiveness was very good. They did good for the punctuality. If they discovered something happened they try to get in touch and tell us, so we would be late then. They were very good.?We?re not looking for something super-duper, we looked at what?s in the showroom, if there is something we like, we get a salesman. It?s possible we buy it or whatever, or we?ll wait a couple days for a better color or something.

I am very happy with them. They are very good.

It was under $1,000. It is a good company. It’s a great company to purchase a vehicle or a truck from or an SUV. It’s great! The service is great. I have had this particular vehicle for 9 years and it’s working without any issues. Of course, you have to do perform some type of maintenance, but after a certain amount of years you have to maintain it. It’s cheap as well. My husband takes the car and truck, I do not.

Horrible HORRIBLE sales service. I am trying to buy a car they have in their stock and the internet sales person "Susan Dean" is completely useless. She refuses to answer my questions even when I asked very specific questions. Her rude and curt "sales" technique is not one that would get anyone to purchase a vehicle from Lee's Toyota. DO NOT waste your time or energy with this dealership. I know nothing about their service, but if anything like sales - where I"m trying to give them money, they need to be out of business. Just the WORST. (a snippit of my exchange with Susan. "How many previous owners". Her reply - "IF you look at the car fax, you would see it has 1 owner" "Is there any Warranty remaining on the vehicle?" Her reply - "there is (sic) thee years left on factory warranty" Unfortunately, it is a 2014 that I'm interested in, so in reality, there could be some warranty remaining but the only way to know would be to get the exact "in service" date for the vehicle. So being told there IS three years left is completely false. Not a good experience and would NOT recommend this establishment.

I stopped going to them because the price is ridiculous.  They are the dealership for my Toyota. The first 5000 miles I went to them and they recommended I buy the package. The 5000 mile checkup is rotating the tires and changing the oil so why would I spend all this money. You have to buy their package so I left.

They are great. I think their prices are fair. I've been using them for 14 years.

Well, a few of my friends told me about this place. So I went in and had a look around. I was looking at various vehicles, when I was approached by a salesperson. No big deal....right? Wrong. This guy seemed very pushy, and was not happy with all of the questions that I had. He had to go back to get answers to some of the questions. I was definitely not impressed by that.

They have done work for me in the past and the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They are fair with their prices. They take care of my car.

I inherited my grandfather's 2006 Toyota Prius this year. He lived in Florida and only needed one license plate. I called Lee's Toyota and they quoted me almost $40 for a lousy piece of plastic to mount the license plate on the front of the car, and it would take almost a week to get.. I called another service shop and they told me the mounting plate was probably in the spare wheel well, which it was. On another occasion, I want in to look at a new Prius. I told the salesman that I was interested in a new Prius, and his first question was if I wanted a hybrid model. I asked him if the Prius was available in a non-hybrid model and he had to go check. II am sorry, because Lee's is very close to my home, but my two interactions with them have been extremely unsatisfying and I can't imagine using them for anything.

I don't like their price. It is way too high. I do think they give me good service though. They are professional and courteous. The mechanics are specially trained for Toyotas. The people who work there are friendly. I think I get good advice for my car from them so that is why I'll continue to go there.
