They were always helpful to help me to move my furnitures and put them back and always got on time and the price was fair. I will definitely hire them again.

Had to recall them to repair the wall shortly after they finish. The wall cracked again, when I contacted them they wanted over three hundred dollars to fix the same problem. This is a ripoff .

Clean work, reliable and manageable prices

We hired this company to initially do some plastering and painting in our apt. They said they refinish floors so we decided to have them to the entire job. Needless to say we had to fire them mid job. Not only did they not do what we asked they ruined our floors and we had to have them redone by another company. The plastering and paint job was also horrifically done, which we also had to have redone. In confronting Liz about there mistakes she became incredibly argumentative and unprofessional. My husband and I were very clear about what we wanted and all she kept saying was that we did not ask for that. It might be a language barrier issue but if that was the case she should have been more thorough before starting the job. She started harassing my husband and myself via text message after text message, so much so I had to block her number. So in short, save yourself if you want a professional job. This was far from professional.

The quality of the work was excellent,, and everything was done on time and on budget. In addition to several plaster projects, they also installed a staircase railing for me in a very confined and difficult space, and solved that problem. Unlike some services I have used in the past, LA Creative Painting was meticulous about cleaning up the work area after they finished a job.

Amazing experience! I put in a request on Angi Leads for a drywall repair and I was given two options. I chose the other service provider first that left a mess in my home with dust everywhere and poor workmanship. I then called LA Creative Painting to come in to get the drywall repair redone and the painting job and they did a fantastic job! It was a lesson learned for me that two service professionals could have about the same years of experience but do two very different jobs. One could have years of experience doing high quality jobs and the other low quality jobs. Many years of experience does not always equal a high quality job done. LA creative Painting came in the first day to discuss what I wanted to get done, what the process of how the work would look like, and gave a price estimate. As well as consult me in regards to realistic expectations of the turn out of the project. he following day they came in early. They began with preparing the spaces they were going to work in by removing my items nearby and covering the items within the workspace with a plastic so it would not be damaged by paint or covered in dust. Then they got straight into plastering, priming, and painting that they completed in one day for the 2 rooms that needed to get done plus some patches in the home I wanted to get painting done. They were knowledgeable to know how to choose a painting that was close to the painting on the other walls. As well as let me know that if anything that they missed or did not like that for me to give them a call back. This brand stands by their work. All around great experience. Good quality work, great communication, and professional. What stood out to me the most is that they genuinely cared for how I wanted to get things done. That really touched my heart and I really appreciated that. Hands down would hire them again. They strive for excellence. I could imagine them having an amazing level of growth for the future. I love working with small owned businesses that give you that personal customer experienced but are also invested in the growing of their brand! I am super happy with the work done!

We were really impressed with LA Creative Painting. We needed them to repair a large, oddly shaped hole in our bathroom ceiling caused by a leak and they gave us a competitive quote and were able to come next day to make the repairs. They were efficient and professional and did high quality work. We would absolutely hire them again.

The job got complicated and to their credit they have stood by and worked to solve the issues despite several additional days of work. Very responsible company.

Never came out to finish the job and has not responded to calls

Extremely timely and responsive customer service. Scheduling a time, communication, payments. It was a seamless experience overall. I will go with them again should the need come up.

The team at LA Creative did a great job fixing my ceiling, painting my bedroom, and fixing bathroom tiles. They offered fair prices and I would gladly hire them again. They were no-nonsense and generally very easy to work with. I wish other contractors we've hired in the past were as good as LA Creative.
