It was horrible. When my plane landed, I found out that my seat was messed up. Then I told the manager and he said he will fix it. When I got home, I found out that the seat was still broken and I filed a claim. The manager ended up saying he never heard of me. He also said I didn't file a claim when I went to pick up my car. The manager admitted that one of his workers is a big guy and my car is small and he got trouble fitting in to the car. Then he apologized and he would speak to the worker.
